Delivery FAQ

DELIVERY WINDOW:

We sCheryl’s all of our deliveries in one of three windows; 10am - 2pm, 2pm - 6pm, or 6pm - 10pm that all customers select during checkout. More specific time frames can be requested and relayed to our delivery team but not guaranteed. For deliveries needed in the early AM, we suggest delivering night prior for foil balloons or using high-float gel to last overnight.

BUSINESS DELIVERIES:

Deliveries can be expected during the delivery time frame selected by the customer.  Often deliveries must be left with a mailroom or receiving department for the company or building. 

APARTMENT OR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES:

We will call the recipient to make sure they are home!  Most residences require us to leave the balloons downstairs with doorman or porter.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund 24 hours prior to delivery date
  • Orders over $300 require 3 days notice for cancelation
  • Any damaged, missing balloons must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.  Please provide pictures for refund/replacement consideration.

Please note that due to traffic and other logistical concerns, drivers may occasional be late on a delivery window.  If this happens, please let us know and we will be in contact to rectify any inconvenience. 

Balloons are subject to availability and color choices. Colors may differ slightly based on inventory and or manufacturer color difference.
